ADVICE ON ASSEMBLING LIVE SETS
Emma Harumi is a producer, DJ and multi-instrumentalist born in Mar del Plata, Argentina, who currently resides in San Telmo, Buenos Aires. His journey through music crosses different genres: from trip-hop and minimal as part of the band / live-set project Purē; pop-electronic productions with Fenna Frei, and solo productions ranging from techno to downtempo, as can be seen in his latest material, Tanabata EP, released in April 2020 through Sigse Music, the label of which he is a part.
In the last year he has appeared in cycles such as Techno Army, Y2K and Be Techno in places like Club Bahrein, Uniclub and La Tangente. He also presented some of his unpublished productions in live-set format for the KORG Latin America Sessions, Pleamar Pocket Show and the latest edition of CLIP, the annual meeting on Ableton Live organized by InSound Academy. She participated in the In-Out Festival of Prohelvetia (Switzerland), the Queer Art Festival, and was a guest of the Radio FutuRock Argentina Electronica program. As a transfeminist activist, she works with Casa Brandon and participates in Red Multisonora and Red TRUENA. She was part of panels for the University of Palermo, the International Symposium on Women in Music at the University of Costa Rica and for the We Move the World meeting at the Kirchner Cultural Center.
